Know Your Triggers
From the National Headache Foundation
Migraine triggers include a number of environmental, biological, dietary or emotional factors. Most people have several triggers. The next time you have a migraine, make a note of what may have triggered it. then, in the future you can minimize, as much as possible, your exposure to your individual migraine triggers. Some triggers can't be avoided — but at least you'll know when to expect a migraine and can take steps to prevent or minimize a migraine the trigger sets off.
